The AI side
Our AI Org Chart
Every company has an org chart for its people. This is ours for AI. Three parts, each with one job.
The Business Brain is the foundation. Every AI reads it first. Marketing, Sales, and Operations are example workspaces above it, one for each department. Each workspace contains example AI employees, like a hook writer or an SOP builder. Above them all, a person checks the work. The Business Brain, workspaces, and AI employees each link to their explanation below. The person links to the AI employees explanation.
One workspace for each department
Examples. Our real workspaces show up as we build them.
The Business Brain
What it is
Our company's shared files, who we are, who we serve, what we sell, and proof that it works.
Why we have it
Every AI reads it before it does anything, so nobody has to explain the business again.
What it does for us
The AI gets the facts right the first time, in our voice.
Workspaces
What it is
A Claude project for each department, like a labeled office with the right binders already on the desk.
Why we have it
Each department's AI stays focused on its own work and doesn't mix things up.
What it does for us
Marketing gets marketing help, operations gets operations help, and each one remembers what it's for.
AI employees
What it is
AI trained to do one specific job the same way every time.
Why we have it
Work that repeats gets done the same way every time, without someone remembering every step.
What it does for us
A person always checks the work before anything goes out.
What happens when you ask
You ask in a workspace
Open the workspace for the job, like Marketing, and say what you need in plain words.
It reads the Business Brain first
Before it answers, the AI reads our company files so it gets the facts and the voice right.
An AI employee does the job, and a person checks it
The work comes back as a draft. A person reviews it before anything goes out.
